My mission is to help my clients work toward financial independence through planning. I spend time with clients to learn about their values, goals and objectives, and risk tolerance. I then help them make suitable financial decisions for today and tomorrow. I believe this can best be achieved by building a long-term relationship and through education, training, integrity, and outstanding client service.
My mission is to help employers identify ways to improve their current retirement and executive benefits that help recruit and retain top talent, address financial blind spots, and improve productivity. I start by examining current benefits and learning about the employer’s goals and objectives. When appropriate, I spend time with employees and staff to better understand their perceptions of current benefits and ways to improve the offerings, with careful consideration of costs. I then examine the alternatives and narrow the options to help the employer decide on a “best fit.”
